As your therapist, I will offer support, empathy, a non-judgmental point of view, provide input, observations, point out perspectives you haven't considered as well as give you things to think about, reflect upon, work on and put into practice between sessions. I will serve as your teacher and guide in healing old wounds, help you practice living more in the present and take steps to experience yourself and your life with more peace, contentment and ease. Overall I aim to facilitate you experiencing yourself and your life in new ways.
Therapy sessions are held in person at my office in Walnut Creek, CA or on the telephone.
"Often people attempt to live their life backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to have more of what they want, so they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want."
